Ingredients: Aqua Purificata (Purified Water), Xanthan Gum (Plant-Derived Thickener), Dihydroxyacetone, Decyl Polyglucose (From Corn), Isopropyl Myristate (From Coconuts), Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Methylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Citric Acid (From Citrus Fruit), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Beta-Carotene (Vitamin A), Soy Sterol, Arginine, Serine, Threonine (Skin Revitalizing Complex), Magnesium Chloride (Dead Sea Salt)

Instructions for use:
Simply squeeze a coin-sized amount in your palm and rub into your arm. It will begin to turn white and in a few seconds, will be completely absorbed by your skin. Your skin will be nicely moisturized without feeling sticky. First apply to one arm, wash hands with soap and water, apply to the other arm, then wash hands again, and so on. Your palms absorb much more DHA than the rest of your skin, so washing your hands during application will prevent discoloration of palms. For best results, do not shower or exercise strenuously for 4 to 5 hours.
